This is Holy Ghost! performing live their song “Jam for Jerry” last year.
The song features on their debut self-titled album and is a memorial of sorts for Jerry Fuchs, who died tragically in 2009. Where the song is really quite upbeat, the lyrics mournfully speak to a friend that passed away too soon. Listening to this song makes me both smile and want to cry.
